JE NI KWELI MEYA WA MANISPAA YA BUKOBA AIGAWA CCM?
The Bible condemns people not to use Gods name in vain and surely some political leaders is committing as
serious offence against the laws of Heaven.
THE PROBLEMS FACING THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BUKOBA
When you choose to criticize a pleasant and positive way, you are in a
way choosing how others should treat you. Madiwani must remember that they were once a critic to the former Mayor Mzee
Samwel Luangisa.
LEAVE THE PAST BEHIND:
Some leaders are facing problems because some does not have direction
and they does not know that people who are surrounding them are either enemies
or friends. They had aimed to get the top and they wish have been granted by
the heavenly powers but sadly they does not know to explore their way back to
the peoples hearts and now they want to use divine threats to scare each other.
Do we need to conclude that the Mayor of Bukoba Anatory Amani is a way
of killing Municipality developments na ni yeye anayeigawa CCM? I don’t think so, The group of chancellors
and other political leaders in Bukoba is a way of killing Bukoba developments
na CCM inajigawa yenyewe.
TO ELECT A NEW MAYOR IS NOT A
SOLUTION.
To elect a New mayor is not a solution to solve the problems facing
Bukoba Municipality. The chancellors does not need to blame the Mayor(Yamekuwa
Mazoe) but they just have to came up with good policies that will make The
Municipal to sustain itself.
We need Leadership that should have seen Viwanja and Soko scandals back
in 2010-2012 to stand in reality. Viongozi wanaoweza kuzisimamia kauli zao za
awali katika swala la maendeleo ya Bukoba yatakavyokuja.
Bukoba municipality problems will not be solved by blaming others on the
past. It does not matter how much compassion we draw about the past, the past
will not change but should help us to correct the present and do things
differently. It is not too late to solve yourselves from this situation by
wasting time on the past. These leaders are ultimately condemning themselves to
the past and therefore they will not be able to stand up to the challenges of
today and the future.
John F Kennedy once said that the effort and courage are not enough
without purpose and directions.
Bukoba municipality leaders should know their purpose for Jimbo la
Bukoba , they should know the proper direction to take wananchi to and apply
their effort to achieve that.
The political leaders such as Madiwani, Mayor, Mbunge and more others should be able to keep to
concentrate under difficult times. They
should be able to keep them ahead when others are loosing
theirs. The have many people who have surrounded them and given them
advise, some of which is stupid and
distractive, it is still foolish and stupid. They should go far for the truth
because the truth is never dependent on consensus of foolishness.

A good Leader is the one who takes others critics like technitians who
will help him/her to build a strong house and instead of arresting them, invite
them to tell you where you are going wrong and help you on how you can do
better.

kutatua matatizo. 2010 alivaliwa njuga Mzee Luangisa na akaondoleawa zoezi lilifanikiwa
asilimia 98. Leo hii mnataka aondolewe Meya wa sasa Anatory Amani. Mimi naona
wakuanza kuondolewa ni Madiwani wa chama Tawala wasiojisimamia. Warudi kwenye
kata zao wapambane na Chadema na vyama vingine vya upinzani tuone idadi ya
watakao rudi na kama watakuwa na jeuri la kumsimika Meya wa CCM.
Utakuwa unatatua matatizo yapi kama unamuondoa mtu mmoja nakubakiza
vichwa kumi na kitu visivyokuwa na uelekeo na kuweza kujisimamia.
